THE PROJECT

Designing a high-performance professional kitchen alongside multi-functional hospitality spaces is essential for modern culinary education. Promoted by Galdus, JoinUs Milan is an evolving hub where training, creativity, experimentation and research come together every day. It also includes JoinUs Daily, a venue open to the public, and practical Food & Beverage training areas.

THE CHALLENGE

To create professional areas able to support real service, training and events while maintaining efficient workflows, high hygiene standards and seamless integration within a contemporary public-facing environment.

THE KOOK PROFESSIONAL KITCHEN SOLUTION

KOOK developed the operational professional kitchen and Food & Beverage areas around a compact, productive layout, with high-end stainless-steel elements, induction cooking, refrigeration and integrated extraction. In the bar area, technology and workstations are coordinated with the architectural concept to deliver ergonomics and speed of service without compromising the visual design.

THE RESULT

A real professional laboratory where the professional kitchen setup and custom bar become tools for work, training and experimentation. The project reflects KOOK’s principle of making every centimetre productive while simplifying operations, cleaning and maintenance.

A REFERENCE POINT FOR HOSPITALITY TRAINING

JoinUs has become a recognised training venue in the specialty coffee sector. SCA Italy selected the space as its Milan base for educational activities, while sector media have covered masterclasses, student activities and its “training café” model.
